APR THAUMATURGY III
The THAUMATURGIES evolved from the portraiture - sometimes bracketed by as many as 20 1/3rd’s in series of 4, to find the ideal exposure of the aesthetic combination of the refracted color and light that attracted me, resulting in sometimes as many as 20 images, giving me an opportunity to magnify my aesthetic pleasure by mirroring them, resulting in the spontaneous THAUMATURGIES, that I imagine ARE expressions of the imaginary 20th C art spirits that taught me how to SEE, come to participate in my exploration of them in appreciation of my knowing they exist - expressing themselves in compositions of the neglected phenomenon of refraction, making them UNIQUE to photography.
